When we received the project of rents.com.bd, there was no organic website traffic and keywords. So, we started from scratch and developed a complete SEO plan for this real estate website.
The plan includes a deep audit of the website, finding and fixing technical issues, publishing quality content, content optimization, link building, and many more.
Surprisingly, we were able to achieve 988 organic keywords and the traffic increased to 535 visitors within three months of starting the SEO services.

Challenges of the Project

Limited Organic Keywords: Their website was not ranking for many relevant keywords, limiting their visibility in search engine results.
Competitive Market: The real estate market in Bangladesh is highly competitive, making it essential to stand out in search engine rankings.
Objectives
The primary objectives for Dubai IT were:

- Improve the websiteās ranking for relevant organic keywords.
- Enhance overall online visibility and brand awareness.
The Beginning of the SEO Works
The real work began with a deep audit of the websites. During the process, we noticed several backend infrastructure issues of the website that were affecting its search engine ranking.
So, we cautiously went through the websiteās backend infrastructure, detected the issues, and resolved them while applying the best SEO practices.
When the backend infrastructure was error-free, we fixed multiple technical issues that were responsible for longer website loading time and affecting the SERP result.
Then we focused on quality keyword research and created a list of 500+ most relevant keywords that align with our clientās business. At this stage, we aimed at gaining rank on Google for at least 60% of those keywords in the next 3 months.
So, we developed and retouched multiple pages (almost 87 pages) with the most relevant and helpful content that people were using as their search terms.
Strategies We Implemented for This Project
Keyword Research and Optimization
At this stage, weāve searched the search terms that our targeted consumers used to search similar businesses on search engines. We also dive into competitors’ websites to find and use their ranked keywords.
Moreover, we optimized the keyword relevance by replacing a single-word keyword with terms or phrases and ensuring the keywords are genuinely effective at driving high-quality traffic to your website through the search engineās organic search.
In April 2023, we achieved 988 organic keywords. For 54 keywords, the clientās website ranked on the first page of the Google search, and for 466 keywords the website was ranked within the top 50.
On-Page SEO Enhancements
Once we were satisfied with the keyword optimization, we focused on on-page SEO enhancements by applying several unique methodologies. The techniques include adding internal links, smoothing User Experience, optimizing images, meta description, and title tags.
We applied all the required SEO methods to ensure the best enhancements. Surprisingly, because of these steps, the DR (Domain Rating) of the website increased to DR-20 in July 2023 which was DR-0 at the beginning of the year.
Content Creation and Marketing
Another crucial part of our SEO campaign was developing industry-standard content and applying the best marketing strategies to ensure the best outcome. During the campaign, we realized that we had to reconsider content creation and focus on publishing more quality content that would help the website rank higher on the SERP.
At the beginning of the project, there were no organic pages as a result the website didnāt receive any noticeable traffic during the early days. However, after deploying our exceptional content creation and marketing, the number of organic pages reached 86 within two months and we reached the milestone of 274 organic pages within the next two months.
Quality Backlink Building
Quality backlinks are essential for improving credibility in search engine optimization (SEO). Usually, search engines donāt count all the backlinks as quality backlinks. So, we collaborated with our partner websites and ensured the best quality backlinks for RENTS.
We started from zero backlinks and within three months, we built almost 537 backlinks. Among them, the number of Followed backlinks was 368, which was 68.54% of total backlinks. The number of Not Followed backlinks was 169, which was 31.5% of total backlinks.

We conducted a comprehensive technical SEO audit to identify and address any underlying issues affecting website performance. Canonical tags
Canonical tags were implemented to resolve issues with duplicate content, ensuring search engines could identify the preferred versions of pages to index and preventing potential penalties for duplicate content.
